Don't miss Nathan Winograd's only 2010 appearance in North Carolina.  Join us for this inspirational two-hour multi-media presentation, followed by a book signing of Nathan's latest book, Irreconcilable Differences

Nathan Winograd has been called "the voice of America’s displaced pets and the conscience of the animal sheltering industry.” He has created No Kill programs in small, rural settings as well as large, urban communities, and has worked and consulted in some of the most successful animal shelters in the nation.  He is the leader and innovator of the No Kill movement in America. His presentation will inspire, motivate and energize those who love and care about companion animals.

Building a No Kill Community is the single most important event of the year for rescuers, members of humane organizations, shelter directors, animal shelter employees, community leaders and elected officials, veterinarians, animal control officers and those who simply love animals.

In this session, you'll learn the basics on the No Kill philosophy of animal care and what it takes to become a No Kill community.  Join us as we take the first step toward transforming Wake County - and the rest of North Carolina - into a lifesaving community.

The event is free and open to the public, but registration is required.  Deadline is September 17, 2010.

Copies of Nathan Winograd's book, Irreconcilable Differences, which will help offset costs of the seminar, may be preordered  for $20/each at  http://www.catangelsnc.org:80/RP_WebDoc.asp?ttid=106.  Nathan will personally sign each book following the presentation.
